Draft working privacy notice for DAF Insights. Last updated on May 3, 2026.
1. What data may be collected
DAF Insights may store flow configuration, respondent answers, optional contact details, internal admin notes, tags, and AI-generated summaries or pattern reports related to those responses.
2. Why the data is used
The data is used to run async research flows, review respondent input, organize feedback into a usable structure, and support product discovery and qualitative analysis.
3. AI processing
Some respondent content may be sent to AI providers for follow-up generation, summarization, or aggregate insight extraction. Contact fields should be kept separate from AI processing whenever possible.
4. Optional contact details
Respondents may optionally provide an email address, LinkedIn URL, or follow-up preference. This information should only be used for the research purpose it was collected for.
5. Data access and deletion
Admins should be able to review, update, or remove collected content as needed. If a respondent requests deletion, the relevant submission and related contact data should be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
6. Early-stage note
This is an early working privacy draft, not a final legal document. It should be refined as the product, storage model, and retention rules become more formal.
